Several weeks ago, I almost stepped on a piece of paper that was laying on the floor at the studio. It seemed as if someone had slipped a little something underneath the door. When I flipped the piece of paper over I found that it was a photo of some art. On the back of the photo was a phone number, so I called it. The photo belonged to Mr. Steve Webb, an Artist who resides in Encinitas, CA. He said that he had done a series colorful dog drawings and thought, because I have a dog photography studio, that I might be interested in his work. I asked him what he would like to do with his work and he explained to me that he just does these drawings and thought I might be interested...no reason...just interested. Well, I just think they're great and I'm excited to be able to present some of Steve's work via our blog. Here is the first in a series that we will be sharing with you. This one reminds me of my very own Boston Terrier, Gus, who is a bit nervous around big dogs. We hope you enjoy.

G2 Art Gallery ~ PAWS Exhibit

OH MY DOG! Photography was recently asked by the nice folks at the G2 Gallery in Venice, CA if we would be interested in submitting a print for their upcoming exhibit titled PAWS. Of course, we were happy to. The image featured was taken by OH MY DOG! photographer, Tee Taylor. The print will show in the exhibit June 30 through August 9 and will be auctioned to provide funds to charity. Learn more about the gallery and the details by clicking the photo below.

Mike To Shoot Pets for Charity

OH MY DOG! Photographer, Mike Fish, will be on hand at the Encinitas Pet Health Expo this Sunday, June 7 to photograph pets for charity. Read on...

Encinitas Pet Health Expo with SNAP Pet Portraits * Encinitas: City Hall, 505 S Vulcan Ave (corner of D Street & Vulcan)
The annual expo is a one-stop shop for pet related information & services. Find pet care professionals such as vets, groomers, and pet sitters... as well as new and exciting pet products. The City of Encinitas and the San Diego County Dept. of Animal Services will offer dog licensing, free rabies shots, and $20 microchipping (for dogs and cats of Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, and Carlsbad residents).
